Fallout 3 The Settler RTS

In short that’s the modification for the Fallout 3 that let’s the player found a new village, develop it and whatnot. Player must organize the gathering of food and raw materials to expand and keep his/her villagers happy (fingers crosser for a a brothel). So anyhoo, HERE is the official homepage of the mod and here’s a new one.

They have released both the second beta and the first patch for it. Both available at Fallout Nexus.

Version numbers are respectively 0.1c and patch 01 for it.

I know, their numbering system sucks like hell and diminishes the whole point of the concept, but the mod itself is pretty good.
